One of the biggest mining booms in state history occurred near here, in the El Dorado Canyon. Gold and silver copper and lead were discovered here around 1858 and the mines were active until 1945.
Yesterday we spent a day in the Grand Canyon. The weather was beautiful, but we still saw the last marks of the snow. We passed by a deer herd, so I could follow them a little bit to grab a couple of pictures of this beautiful, precious animals.
We had a chance to photograph foursomes at the beautiful Reflection Bay golf course. It was such a gorgeous sunny day! While we were waiting for the golfers to reach our destination we took a couple of shots of the scenery, birds and of course each other. Here are a couple of shots from this sunny day:

I shot Brittney and Michael's wedding two years ago in Phoenix, Arizona. This week I had a chance to photograph the family together. The boys grew a lot in two years, but Brittney and Michael didn't change much. Such a nice young couple with two gorgeous boys! Here is a couple of pictures from this beautiful Sunday morning!

Melanie has such a beautiful family! Unfortunately her husband, Angel couldn't be with us this time. Her two beautiful kids were rocking! We became friends real fast! A little play with the pinecones and the playground made the day more unforgettable.
