Marssa, the Pacific Rim style restaurant at the Loews Lake Las Vegas Resort celebrated its 2nd Birthday with a reception style party. The menu included Chef Fuji's sushi as well as many different dishes from their main menu.
Master Sushi Chef Osamu “Fuji” Fujita the only sushi chef in the United States to earn the Japanese Chefs Association’s recognition of achievement in 2006-2007. He is the only Master Sushi Chef in Nevada.
